Karate Wendy, with blue eyes, freckles and gay gold pigtails and bangs, is determined to excel at the discipline and win belts of many assorted colors. She is dressed in the traditional white cotton kimono and pants, but with a flair. White cotton bias binding has been added to the hem of the pants and around the edge of the kimono. The center front edge of the kimono has been appliquéd with the name Wendy. Around her waist, Karate Wendy has tied a blue belt. However, she has others and she usually wears them on her sleeve. Her display of green, white, yellow, red and black cotton belts is impressive, especially at exhibitions. Exhibitions that Karate Wendy loves to attend so much that she adds a few extra touches to her ensemble by tying her pigtails into knots with white satin ribbon and, putting on a white headband that snaps in back, and which has a red Japanese sunset appliquéd on the front of the band. Once they see Karate Wendy’s look, no one messes with her.
