B-39 “Ballerina” (Lime green). Satin bodice with nylon trico shoulder drape with two fabric roses on bodice; back snap closure. Nylon tricot skirt with green elastic waist band. Two sections of less than 1/2″ have come loose from the waist band. Lime green taffeta panties with nylon tricot ruffles, beige satin slippers, floral hair spray.
