Barbie has some fading on red lips, bright red mani-pedi, very pretty face with blue eye liner

in an Original Mattel Outfit, #963 “Resort Set” (1959-1962)

Wearing red and white stripe shell, should be a blue and white striped shell (p. 40, Eames 1st Edition) along with red sail coat and white shorts SHOES NOT INCLUDED

MISSING: white sail cloth hat, cork wedges with white strap, and gold-tone charm bracelet

Only ever displayed, never played with.
