This is a blonde curly wig double cinched high on the head with dark brown ribbons.The hair forms twin clouds on top of her head.The wig is a blonde version of the red wig that Sad Sally wears in the 2012 Introductory version.
Sally looks into the dreary, cloudy weather, adjusts her wig looking in the mirror, and sighs, “It’s my sad, sad wig,” but she looks adorable and wistful, a spot of sunshine, in her new guise.
